Milk Farm

This is such a recognizable landmark. Everybody who has driven I-80 through Dixon on the way to Reno or Tahoe has seen it. Now there’s a banner on it advertising for developers. There are already so many strip malls along I-80 with the same old stores that are in every other strip mall in America.

Funny, I was just thinking the same thing yesterday as I drove by. First the Nut Tree now the Milk Farm. The one thing I remember about stopping at the Milk Farm Restaurant when I was little was being so car sick (my life story) that the only thing I could have was a 7up and a few fries.
