		<description>Shelley, yes it probably has been robbed, which makes me think that the shopkeeper would know the difference between somebody on the sidewalk with a camera, and somebody inside his shop with a gun. 
But like I said, I don&#039;t expect everybody to agree with me. You have the right to do what you want with your rights too.</description>

I think you clarified the main sticking-point in this whole debate, and that is being a gentleman (or lady) while firmly, but politely standing up for your rights.  Even in the face of asshattery, if you can stay cool, you have the upper hand.
