May Challenge, Day 3: Fat Tire at Pauli’s

May Challenge, day 3. This week’s theme is "Beverage", and the subject I have chosen is "Beer".

If you are ever in Omaha, Pauli’s on Leavenworth (around 40th or so) is a must-see. I’m not a big fan of the sports bar generally, but this is one fantastic sports bar. Apparently, this is the premier sports bar in Omaha, if not the entire state of Nebraska. He has some great memorabilia, including signs from Wrigley stadium, a banner from Superbowl XX (if I remember correctly), autographed baseball bats, and — my personal favorite — a Chicago Cubs neon sign. They fence off their parking lot during the college world series and it is basically a huge party. Chris, the man behind the bar, is a really nice guy as well.
