Week 22 of the 2008 Challenge. Richmond has many murals painted on freeway overpasses. This one is where I-80 crosses Macdonald Avenue.

What a brilliant idea. This would be great for the many underpasses in all big cities. It would provide employment for locals and brighten up a dreary area of the city. The lighting helps a great deal too.
A photo essay of the murals of Richmond would be great pr for the city.
